Welcome to the Maine Jr. Black Bears Raffle! The Maine Jr. Black Bears are a 501(c)(3) youth hockey organization serving skaters throughout the greater Bangor area and Penobscot County. Programs are available for every age and skill level, from First Strides for 3-year-olds through competitive 14U teams. Every ticket purchased helps keep kids on the ice and supports youth hockey programs right here in Maine.
